Thank you for your interest in totes, ISOTONER, Acorn, Manzella and Pistil products. Listed below are some frequently asked questions we receive from consumers in Canada.

Q: I don't see a certain totes or ISOTONER item for sale on the website. Why not?

A: We cannot offer all of our products for purchase on our website. However, our products are sold in most department stores and a number of independent boutiques across Canada. Unfortunately, since many stores customize their assortments, we are unable to direct you to a specific location for a certain item. We do not offer single glove or slipper purchases; all styles are sold in pairs.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on totes umbrellas?

A: We offer a lifetime warranty for any manufacturing defect with our totes umbrellas. If your umbrella fails to function properly due to a quality defect, we will replace it with the same or similar style. If we no longer offer the original style returned, we will replace it with a similar style currently being manufactured. Please return the defective umbrella with your name, phone number and address to: totes ISOTONER Canada, Limited, 426 Watline Avenue Mississauga ON L4Z 1X2. We do require a $5.00 fee for postage and handling per umbrella. If sending a check, please make payable to Totes Consumers. Please see our Warranty Information section for more information.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on ISOTONER, Acorn, Manzella and Pistil products?

A: We offer a one-year warranty on all ISOTONER, Acorn and Manzella products for any manufacturing defect. If one of our items does not perform due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace it with a product of equal value for a period up to one year from purchase.
